I have spent my career in healthcare and disability executive search. I founded Hiring4Health to do one thing well: place the right professionals in complex, often hard-to-fill roles, and stay involved long enough to know they landed.

Working with a small number of clients at any one time — by design. That constraint is what keeps the standard high and the relationships personal.

Every assignment is my own. There is no team to delegate to, no junior to hand off to. That is the model, and it is not going to change.
