Hiring4Health was established in 2014 by Brian Utian as an independent recruitment consultancy focused exclusively on healthcare and disability.

We work with organisations where recruitment decisions affect service delivery, governance, and workforce stability. Our role is to support appointments in regulated, people-centred environments where judgement, context, and continuity matter.

Our approach combines contemporary recruitment systems with informed professional judgement. Technology is used to support consistency, documentation, and communication, while assessment and decision-making remain grounded in experience rather than automation alone.
